I would do JFK-IST-CPT-JNB-LHR-EWR getting to spend some time in both Istanbul and London and only have to do JNB on the way out of ZA.
Oooo interesting. I've been dying to go to IST! Seems like avoiding JNB makes things more complicated, so I guess I'll just throw that back into the mix. It's such a boring airport
. I'm not sure I'm brave enough for a layover in ADD on my own, but good to keep in mind for a future trip!
