What to do with 60k Alaska miles after moving to Europe

Hi,

I lived in the US for a couple of years and accumulated just over 60k Alaska miles in the process, but I have now moved to Europe (France) and the miles are expiring at the end of this year. I also have about 80k Starwood points that could be transferred to Alaska miles for a specific use. Does anyone have a good suggestion for using Alaska miles based out of France, preferably for 2 people traveling together? Suggestions for one-way ticket usage is also welcome, as I have miles in other programs that could be utilized for the return flight.

The most obvious seems to be 2 return tickets for intra-Europe flights with KLM/AirFrance, but not necessarily the best value. I also have no plans on visiting the US in near future, so using the miles for Europe-US flights is not an option. Is it possible to book other routes from Europe than those specifically listed in the award chart? For example, the award chart doesn't provide prices for Emirates between Europe and Middle East...
