Couldn't be upgraded there on my second stay: they said the hotel was full.

Was offered to choose between a complimentary bottle of red or white wine instead.

I was really hoping for the upgrade because the basic room has only shower and I wanted to relax in a real bath since the pool there is so small and cold (when not closed for private events).
