I'm flying tomorrow AS76 JNU-SEA departing at 2:20 pm tomorrow and as MVPG have been hopeful for a complimentary upgrade. According to AS, this is supposed to happen 72 hrs ahead of the departure time. But, the mobile app only in the last hour shows a wait list, and I'm not on it, at all. Could you help me understand this process? I've noticed this repeatedly on the mobile app. And AS's website, I've been F wait listed since it was purchased. I don't think this flight usually has a heavy passenger load, but I don't know.

PS I checked Expert Flyer's free service and it says this flight is now airport controlled.
