I would always expect to be treated with the same courtesy & respect on a 3rd party rate as if I was booking directly with the Hotel (minus program perks of course). I've yet to be treated any other way and I hope most hotels understand that I may be there today on a priceline rate, but I may be back in the future on a directly booked reservation.
