I don't expect upgrades, the best room, credits towards their programs, or any freebies. I DO expect to be treated as a normal, paying customer. I expect an average, clean room, and my 'non smoking' request to be honored if possible.

I feel the hotel makes the choice to offer vacancies to Priceline/Hotwire/Entertainment Book or advertise extra cheap promos and I am just taking them up on it. That shouldn't result in my being treated like I am somehow staying for free or something.
