TD ARE cheap! But, also stupid. I had 4 cards opened concurrently when they launched the TD Aero Visa, back in Jan 2014. The promo in those days were all FYF, so $120 AF charged, and $120 rebate received - nothing new here. But when I cancelled or product switched them during the 2014 summer, they gave me
additional and unexpected pro-rated REFUNDS on the annual fee, when I had already received the $120 rebate credits during the first month(s) of card ownership.
Looks like they've fixed it nowadays, as I no longer see these 'mistake refunds' on my most recent early-cancelled cards.
