Sure hope this was a mistake and will be corrected soon as my wife and I have a trip to Las Vegas planned for February; we had planned on using our new $100 dining credit on this trip as, most likely it will be our only trip together this year.
Got a quick e-mail response from Jessica at Founders Card. She will look into it and get back to me by Monday so DON'T PANIC (yet).

I'll post here as soon as I hear from her on Monday.

p.s.
Mine is not a spouse's card so, at this point, I don't think that is part of the issue.
