Not published AFAIK, but always get it arriving/departing DXB as a GGL in F or CW (been a long time since I flew the route in WT/WTP). Find it most useful on departure from DXB, especially on the overnight flights when departure immigration queues can be long, though as someone who is almost always HBO, I have to remember to go to check-in to get the service.
