I don't think there is any written policy for this but my understanding is that it is a benefit for GGL in any class and F passengers. I've been told a few times by the check in desk that it is because I am a premium executive club member. I usually travel in CW.

I'm travelling in WT in a few weeks so it will be interesting if I still receive the service.
