Should be the same for BKK to UK then, but it's actually the other way round as ex BKK tickets are much more expensive than ex UK.
Not a surprise. BKK is a holiday destination ex UK, while people who fly from BKK to the UK are more likely to be on a business trip, roughly speaking.
