In F the transit is very smooth. You are escorted off the plane and to the terminal. They do treat F passengers very well. It was very easy to navigate.

I did SYD DOH CAI and didn't need to go through customs or immigration. I was just taken to the F lounge and then escorted out again to catch next leg.
