Call LOT. I don't know if they do the trip, but you will never find out from their website. The fare are much lower.
Check into the UA 2 for 1. See if the details apply.
Try an AMEX Platinum deal. See if it will apply.
Check if a full fare UA Y will put you in Biz class.
