No doubt this product offers a good value for money, in terms of comfort.
Only 8 seats abreast in a 747, compared to 10 in normal eco.
A seat pitch of 38 inches, compared to 32-34 in normal eco depending on the airline.
A seat with very good recline, and complete leg support (not electric though).
In some aircraft used (especially 744 combis) the Evergreen deluxe class is in the nose, with is the most silent part of the plane (rows 21-25).
I use systematically this class to fly from Europe to SE Asia (even with the detour through Taipei, as the price/comfort ratio is really satisfactory !).
Regarding the food it is average, nothing fantastic, nothing awful.
Th cabin crew is efficient.

the
"Other Asian, Australian and South Pacific Frequent Flyer Programs " forum, there are some disccusions about this class, and especially one in august regarding the possible cancellation of this class in the future.
