Coincidentally, earlier today I was looking for a one-way from SoCal to NYC on March 9. Bookedd LAX-DFW-LGA on AA for $74.60. Don't know if it's still available, or if there was anything in the other direction at that price. But the one-way fare sure worked out for me.
