This got me thinking, wouldn't anyone be able to sneak into the club lounge and just give a random room number? Seems a bit relaxed.

I'm curious, as a new Hyatt member, at the lounges do you often get asked for more details when entering?
Think of the hotels that just ask for the room number when you go into their breakfast buffet. It would similarly be easy for someone to just give a random suite number or number of some room on the club floor.
