The only thing I was meaning to say was that it is impossible to give a realistic forecast that makes any kind of planning possible. Normal average rain in January is 25 mm. This year it rains more on almost every other day. In 2008 we had 6-12 degrees for almost a month from mid Jan. to mid Feb. at sea level.
