It's fantastic. Still the best business class seat out there. At least until VS launch their new Upper Class suite!
The arragement looks curious on paper, but actually works very well in practice. I actually find it extremely private, particuarly on the 747 upper deck. It's great for overnight flights, and I find the seat O.K for day flights up to about 7 hours. After that it starts to feel a bit restrictive and you realise the seat cushion is quite hard.
I can be a bit difficult to get out if the seat on the aisle is reclined - but I actually find it easier that with a traditional business class layout. You just need to be quite good at jumping. Or get a seat which doesn't have an aisle seat after it.
