BA ticket - names the wrong way round
Oh crumbs, what have I done! I just booked a flight MAN-LHR on one of those online websites (£10 cheaper than on ba.com) and for some reason the name and surname have gone into the system the wrong way round. I thought it was strange that the booking didn't show up on my BAEC account, but now I know why. Eventually I entered my first name along with the PNR and the booking appeared, although it doesn't seem to link with the BAEC account.
I can foresee lots of problems with this, what should I do? Would it be worth phoning up the Gold Line?
