Me and my gf is going to Vegas in February for 4 days. I have been there a lot. Therefore it would be cool if you (the amazing flyertertalk community ) could give us the best tips of resturant/activites etc outside of the Strip and outside of the regular mainstream tourist interest.

Then if you have anything extra nice that you think a couple should do just go for it!
