Unfortunately with World Tracer sometimes things take time to update and the bag may reach you before the system is updated. Just buy any essentials (if they weren't in bags 1-4) and await delivery.

Then if you still feel unhappy complain to BA after the event.
The bag is still waiting to be located. I bought essentials following the instructions on the BA website and advice from one of the agents I spoke to and submitted a claim-

I'm afraid we cannot reimburse your claim for the essentials bought. If you had travel insurance, though, you may be covered through that. I do hope so....
