I'm a new diamond member and had just finished a three night stay at the Grand Hyatt Macau. I used my DSU and received a nice king suite which was great.

I used the club lounge for breakfast and upon entering the staff had asked for my room number and nothing more. No proof, no questions, nothing. She simply wrote it down on a white piece of paper and that was that. This was on the first morning so there was no way to recognize me.

This got me thinking, wouldn't anyone be able to sneak into the club lounge and just give a random room number? Seems a bit relaxed.

I'm curious, as a new Hyatt member, at the lounges do you often get asked for more details when entering?
