You have to save your screen shot. Follow the directions in the link to 'take a screen shot and save it as a file' to save your screen shot in your 'pictures' folder.

Then, follow what I wrote here, choosing the photo you have just saved into your pictures file.

When replying to a post, as I am doing now, look down under Additional Options. See where it says 'attach files'? Click on 'manage attachments' and choose the photo you have just saved, then click 'upload'. Your photo will appear in your reply as a thumbnail.
