Great link jakeman-
It was comforting to see that this ex-GM's comments are consistent with mine. I would certainly agree with everything he's said. Just one thing to add: In my experience a 5 (or even 4) star hotel would NOT sell you an "out of order" room at all. You probably don't want this room anyways, its out of order for a reason.
