That photo is used all over the site, including on the main Comfort+ page (formatted very poorly, mind you):



It was also used on the homepage before they made the adjustment to have photos span the length of the screen. I don't think this is an attempt by Delta to "hide" those seats in the middle. It's pretty clear looking at that picture, even with the menu over it, that there's another row there.
