I apologize if this has been answered before but I could not find an answer.
I there anyone from Carlson/Radisson that can verify the workflow after
the name/location of the employee has been recorded in the system at
Check-in ? Where does that information go ? Does it instantly verify the
name/location ? Is there a flag raised if the same employee name
shows up on many F&F reservations ?
I have read many reports on this thread that none of the employees
have ever been called to confirm the validity of their F&F. So I am
curious to find out how Carlson really uses the collected information ?
Personally many times either the hotel has NEVER asked me the
information or I have not provided it after asking (since it was not
handy and I promised to provide it later)...It has never been an
issue. I think it is just a controlled way of selling excess inventory..
