Not a first...

Air France / KLM are actively closing accounts where the only activity is transferring in credit card points to book award flights.

I also remember the days when most airline frequent flyer accounts weren't activated until your first flight on the airline.

Iberia Plus have a long list of partners. Choose one. The IBPluStore will be slow for your purposes though.
