I'm continually mystified about the high rates this property is able to charge. Every single night I look for is over $300 a night, with only very sporadic points availability and seemingly zero P+C availability.

Is downtown Nashville really this popular? Can't imagine paying over $300 for a Hyatt Place anywhere, but especially not in Tennessee.
