The only time anyone could or should get hit with a CA fee is if the funding amount is equal to or less than one's CA limit.

I just did a quick search, and the only person in this whole thread who had trouble funding with a Prestige was a person who, it turned out, had opened the Citigold account in a branch, which rendered him or her ineligible to fund with a CC at all.
