The only good thing is the lattes, not even worth an upgrade for that because I asked the J FA if she could get me on on the way out, and she did without issue.
Did you at least find the seat better for working/relaxing/sleeping? The 77W F seats always looked really nice. It's a shame that the soft product can be so variable.
