Does anyone know if you get better loss of use protection if you pay for the rental with an enrolled AMEX Platinum charge card versus a regular AMEX credit card like Starwood ? For example: If you file a claim and the rental company fails to provide the fleet utilization log so you are billed loss of use charges, is it easier to win the dispute if it goes through AMEX Platinum customer service ?
