Second, 5* at Hertz is a WORTHLESS benefit (so is President's Circle). Trust me and others who will say the same thing about Hertz.

I don't know what you mean that Hertz doesn't rent Mazda's. I rented a Mazda 6 in the fall from Hertz at LAX.
