I don't know if this is permanent, but it is definitely "streamlined" because it wasn't as efficient as it is now (perhaps GTAA received a new monkey brain)...

Coming off an int'l flight at YYZ, one can now connect back into the int'l departure E gates without having to all the way to the end and then back... the int'l to int'l customs control booths are now BEFORE the long people movers.

I wonder what took GTAA so long... or CBSA... or whatever.
