The larger, widebody version you are referring to is called the U121CXSPW which is basically the best-selling U122CX that's an inch shorter, an inch wider, and is the non-US or "international" sized bag. They like them shorter and wider in Europe, we like them taller and narrower in the US. "International" is more like a square, "Domestic" is the traditional upright rectangle.

Anything larger from B&R in this 'square' look is not a carry-on but a checked bag. Your memory mixed-up "international" with "domestic". B&R only makes an international widebody. All domestic carry-on's can't be a widebody or they aren't domestic. The U121CXSPW is what you want or you want another brand.
