I really just want to fly out on the same airline two days earlier. I'd be happy to fly the same flights, just two days earlier. I would be happy to take any of the multiple options currently available, for about the same price as my original fare, on AC and Orbitz' websites. I am happy to pay the change fee. I would even be willing to accept a downgrade. But they say they would have to charge me $5K-$6K (depending on different connections) to do so, due to the refundable fare class requirement. Which I really believe is some systems limitation they are having, not a rule.

My most recent reply on BBB from customer relations is that they are working on it.
