Yes!! While looking into referral bonuses (it's confirmed, they don't exist) I confirmed the changes you mention. My perks are locked in - 120$ annual fee & the 10K anniversary bonus - but I question the appeal of this card with the recent increase in annual fee and the anniversary bonus removed
