Yeah...no. I'm calling for a supervisor/service director once the incompetence reaches that level, even if it means I'm taking a later flight. I have a lot more patience than some but Screw Up+Screw Up+Screw Up. No.
(Although AFAIK, agents are not able to issue club passes which is a shame because it seems like that would make for very easy [instantaneous with nearly $0 actual cost to UA] service recovery, so that part's not out of line, unfortunately)
