well the Gold Rewards card doesn't earn any referral bonuses anyway so that's an additional hurdle right there.
Many have reported receiving not only the sign-up points again,after July 1,2015 but also the referral points for the Gold rewards....after January 11,2016.
I haven't seen any reports of points not received.............
