There's a gas station (I onnly know that it's also an A&W) on Aviation Blvd between I-195 and Camp Meade Blvd. But I usually fill up at the Exxon in Linthicum Heights (coming south on Camp MEade Blvd from the beltway it's just before where the Light Rail crosses Camp Meade.
Coming into MSP, I try to avoid I494 South of the airport, so I'm usually coming in on MN62 (Used to be called the Crosstown Expressway?). The closest station to the airport on this route is off the 28th street exit; there's a miniMart just North of 62 and a Mobil a couple of blocks further North. If I'm coming in on I494 from the West, there's an Amoco at Nicollet Ave, this is after you pass I35W and before you get to the Mall of america as you're coming East on 494.
