Matrick - I'd give them a buzz to politely enquire

When I tried to call LAX office on Monday to tell them I was running 10 minutes late [due to delayed flight] - nobody answered, there is a voicemail message with the opening hours.
And while I had my interview, phone was ringing a lot, and they didn't seem to bother answering it.
Of course, YMMV.
