Hi, I've just seen on Iberia Plus Store that my order (23 December 2015) of 4 Groupon of 4000 Avios has been cancelled. I received nevertheless these Avios last Friday. My order (16 December 2015) of 1 Groupon of 2000 Avios is still pending.
Maybe they cancelled my last order because of the problems they had? I have also opened a dispute with Paypal (now closed) and send a message to Iberia via Facebook to ask my missing Avios.
