So I called in today to ask about the BRG i had submitted yesterday. Apparently none of them were sent in since they looped back to the application page. Note, if this happens to you, submit your BRG without a screenshot and then call in. The agent worked with me for about 30 min, didn't approve my BRG (yet - fingers crossed) but I ended up emailing her my screenshots directly.
