The key question tho: I know with Emerald Aisle, the first rental involves paperwork. At MCO, does National have a separate Emerald Aisle Customer Service area? If so, it might not be too bad.

I thought about EA as a good choice for my wife (she could care less what she drives, so the common complaint about less-desirable cars on the EA wouldn't apply to her), but know there's red tape with the first rental...
