I did notice after clicking the FAQ's on the website, it displays a name and email to ask a question. Name was correct. On 1/24 the email address had one letter incorrect. On 1/25 the email address had a space between two letters. I think I am lucky I received one email. No points have posted to my IHG account yet.

Are you able to view the promotion in your IHG profile under the My Offer Status section?
I hadn't thought about the 94 days and no tothe PP i kow they will make it whatever they say but i was just making a comment with regards to the backlog. I know their objective is probably to discourage people fro mailing in entries.
