Classically, this is not The BAEC FT Way (TM), but can be done. Just book an AA DUB-JFK return, and then a separate LHR-DUB return to get you to DUB and back (good use of a puddle of Avios). As advised upthread, however, you'll be on the AA 757s, which are a bit tired.
