In some respects the biggest advantage is that it spares me the hassle of constantly going back to see if prices have come down on my rental dates. That's awesome. But I wonder how it all works? I just imagine this room full of people bashing away at their keyboards, manually entering dates for car rentals. Surely it must be an automated process?!

In all seriousness, we're always hard at work on our "secret sauce", and I'm proud to say that it's getting better all the time. We couldn't possibly help as many people as we do without automation, but some things require the human touch in order to provide highest level of customer service, which is something we aspire to, so the short answer is that we have a mix.
