Can someone please confirm that chase ultimate reward points transferred in do not count as "qualifying activity"?
I transferred 1000 points(minimum) in and i still got the below email today that my points are expiring.
We haven't heard from you in some time. Actually, it's been over 24 months since there's been any qualifying activity with your account. Remember, your account will be closed and all points forfeited if there's no activity by March 31, 2016.
