I've been mulling over the Capital One World Elite Master Card, BMO Word Elit Mastercard or Amex Gold vs Scotiabank Amex Gold card. I really do not want to pay the hefty annual fee but don't think I can realistically commit the time and energy to churning. Plus I don't want to open and close credit cards.

upgrades, priority services, baggage allowance, good award redemption rates, better award access, lounge access, etc.
