Going forward the fares should be reduced to reflect this drop in service provided.

I have 4 regional flights coming up with a couple that are less than 3 hours. At the time of booking last year the product offered was different to what I will receive.

I am not an alcoholic and can go 0-3 hours without a drink but if I pay for a premium product/service I expect to get it.
