I was off the plane, through immigration/customs (Global Entry) and out in the ticketing lobby (no checked bags) in under 5 minutes flat on 4 Jan (Monday, mid-afternoon arrival). My friend was not GE and it took her the better part of an hour to clear immigration, wait for her bags and get through customs. If you have checked bags, you might be pushing it.
